Important Notice
This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User") and Innovation Hub Studio Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("Licensor"). It governs your use of the RadioLive mobile application ("the App").
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this EULA. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
Licence Grant
Innovation Hub Studio Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on any Apple-branded or Android device you own or control, as permitted by the applicable platform's usage rules.
This licence does not include the right to:
- Use the App for any commercial purpose or public display.
- Sublicense, sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App or this licence.
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks on the App.
Apple App Store — Additional Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- The licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control per the App Store Terms of Service.
- Innovation Hub Studio Ltd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services for the App.
- In the event of App failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price. Apple has no further warranty obligation.
- Innovation Hub Studio Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
- Innovation Hub Studio Ltd, not Apple, is responsible for any third-party intellectual property infringement claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you upon your acceptance.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases as described in our Terms and Conditions. All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Innovation Hub Studio Ltd is solely responsible for fulfilling licensed content and features; Apple and Google are not responsible for purchase fulfilment beyond payment processing.
Maintenance and Support
Innovation Hub Studio Ltd is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services, as required by applicable law. Neither Apple nor Google has any obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

Warranty
Innovation Hub Studio Ltd warrants that, to the best of its knowledge, the App does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. In the event of a warranty claim, Innovation Hub Studio Ltd — not Apple or Google — is solely responsible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without further warranty. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Product Claims
Innovation Hub Studio Ltd, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal requirements; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Innovation Hub Studio Ltd — not Apple or Google — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a UK, EU, or US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any UK, EU, or US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App from your devices.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
