Acceptance of Terms
By accessing radioliveapp.co.uk or downloading the RadioLive mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to both the web player at radioliveapp.co.uk and the RadioLive mobile apps on Android and iOS.
The Service
RadioLive provides access to live radio streams from third-party broadcasters. We act solely as an aggregator and player; we do not own, operate, or control the content broadcast by radio stations.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify stations, features, or countries at any time without notice.
Permitted Use
You may use RadioLive for personal, non-commercial listening only. You must not:
- Record, reproduce, or redistribute any radio stream content without the broadcaster's permission.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from RadioLive.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or website.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the service.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
RadioLive offers optional paid tiers through Google Play and the Apple App Store:
- Monthly subscription (£0.49/month) — removes advertising; billed monthly; cancel anytime via your app store account settings.
- Lifetime licence (£4.99 one-time) — removes advertising permanently with a single payment.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds outside the platform's standard refund policies (Google Play / Apple App Store). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the RadioLive application and website — including but not limited to code, design, logo, name, and user interface — is owned by Innovation Hub Studio Ltd and protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
Radio station names, logos, and content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. RadioLive makes no claim over third-party broadcaster content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RadioLive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
- Any particular radio station will be available or functional at any given time.
- The service will meet your specific requirements.
Stream availability depends entirely on third-party broadcasters and is outside our control. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innovation Hub Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data or service interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £10 (whichever is greater). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Third-Party Content
RadioLive aggregates streams from independent radio broadcasters. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party broadcast content. Any dispute regarding broadcast content should be directed to the relevant broadcaster.
Privacy
Your use of RadioLive is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RadioLive at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete any downloaded components of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RadioLive after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when material changes are made.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
